We are located near Cabarete in the Dominican Republic, and will give lessons in and around that area.

Both of us are certified and professional trainers of dogs in obedience, security and dogfrisbee. With more than 40 years of combined experience, we can honestly say dogs are our life. Furthermore we are very proud to be the first Europeans ever to be allowed to train instructors in Skyhoundz Canine Flying Disc Sports, and were the first, and up till now, only, European judges at the Skyhoundz World Championships...

At the moment we train owners and dogs privately in obedience and security-work.

We offer several packages in all disciplines, and can adapt these packages to your individual needs.

Obedience.

Basic Obedience Package
- In 8 lessons we will teach your dog the basic commands, needed to make him/her an enjoyable companion.
- The basic commands are sit, down, stay, heel, foot, here and "no", and of course perfect knowledge of his name
- This way you will have a nice dog in your house, and you will be able to take it for long walks to the beach without being afraid of it running of

Advanced Obedience Package
- Not really a package as we do not know how far you want to take this.
- We can go as far as to teach your dog to pick flowers, run up and down ladders, and more of this "useful" stuff.
- Obviously basic obedience is required

Problem Solver Package
- Your dog shows specific irritating or unwanted behaviour. We will show you how to solve this.

Food Refusal Package
- Dog poisoning is a real threat in the Dominican Republic. We can teach your dog to refuse food from strangers.
- We will teach your dog not to pick up any food of the ground.

Individual Package
- Some people have specific needs due to physical restraints. We can train your dog to help you in your wheelchair, to perfectly heel as not to endanger you if you have trouble walking, vision impairment, etc...

Security

All these packages require basic obedience skills from the dog

Home Security Package
- The basic package to make your dog a trusthworthy, and controlled guardian of your house
- The dog will learn to patrol the perimeters of your property, to threaten potential perpetrators, to attack and let go on command if you are at the property, and to attack perpetrators whilst you are not there.
- Total food refusal

Master Protection Package
- In this package the dog will learn to guard and protect family-members when out and about.
- Have a perfectly behaved dog, sitting right next to you whilst having a conversation, but reacting immediately if you are attacked.

Advanced Security Package
- Learn your dog to follow the perpetrator and to catch him in all kinds of circumstances (driving cars, obstacles, fire, threats, etc...)

Security Guard Training Package
- We will teach your security guards and their dogs to form a bond, and to present themselves as a formidable adversary when on duty.

Dogfrisbee

If a small group of people is interested, we will be more than happy to give lessons in dogfrisbee. As dogfrisbee is such an intensive sport, we can only do this in groups of minimum 4 people (but you can count us in as well), as we need to be able to let the dogs rest in between.

We regularly organise clinics, which are ideal to discover whether your dogs love this sport. You provide us with the field or beach, a group of people, shade and water for the dogs, and some refreshments and snacks for the people, and we will be happy to give the clinic, for free.
